ConductLaboratory privacy notice

The lab or core that owns a workspace decides who joins and how its records are used. Managers can see the bookings, paying accounts, and costs of people in their workspace.

• Account details from ConductScience sign-in: name, email address, account ID, and sign-in times.
• Workspace records: equipment, rooms, locations, inventory, rates, bookings, check-in and check-out times, paying accounts, purposes, and protocol numbers.
• Invitations, access requests, roles, and records of changes.
• Plan and invoice requests, and messages you send us through the contact form.
• The browser and network address recorded when a session starts, used to keep accounts secure.

Do not enter patient health information or payment card numbers.

• Run scheduling, inventory, and charge reports for your workspace.
• Send invitations, booking notices, and reminders.
• Bill paid plans and answer support requests.
• Protect the service, prevent misuse, and fix errors.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use workspace records for advertising.

We share data with the service providers that run ConductLaboratory (Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, and Resend for email), with the managers of your workspace as described above, and when law requires it.

ConductLaboratory uses cookies needed for sign-in and security. It does not use advertising cookies.

A workspace owner can ask us to export or delete the workspace. Database backups expire under the provider's schedule and are not returned to normal use.
