A core manager requests an invoice from the Plan page in the app. We send it, and Core stays on once it is paid. Questions before you start? We can answer them by email.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace includes Core for 30 days. You do not need payment details to start.

How do we pay for Core?

We send an invoice for the year. Your core manager can request it from the Plan page in the app, and you can pay by invoice or purchase order.

What happens when the trial ends?

Booking, training, approvals, repeat bookings, and check-in keep working. Charge reports, CSV exports, usage corrections, rate changes, and projects with budgets need Core; bookings fall back to a typed paying account. Each booking keeps its saved rate, so your charges are complete when Core is active.

Can people from other labs and institutions book?

Yes. Anyone with a ConductScience account can join your core through an invite or a join link. Managers choose each person's role and whether they pay the internal or external rate.

Can we book rooms as well as instruments?

Yes. Any room, apparatus, or workstation can be a bookable resource with its own rates and rules.

Who can see booking costs?

Only the person who booked and the core's managers. Other members see when a resource is taken and by whom.

Can we get our data out?

Managers can export each month's charges as a CSV file. Contact us for a full export of your workspace.
